SHIPPING:
We use REGISTERED priority mail for shipping in France, in Europe and outside Europe. If you prefer another shipment method for your purchase, either economy parcel or quicker express delivery, please make an enquiry to us, using the enquiry form on the product’s page and we will get back to you as soon as possible about your transport.
Priority mail fares:
up to 250g: 5€ for France, 7€ for Europe, 10€ for outside Europe.
up to 500g: 7€ for France, 9€ for Europe, 12€ for outside Europe.
up to 1kg: 9€ for France, 11€ for Europe, 14€ for outside Europe.
up to 2kg: 15€ for France, 17€ for Europe, 20€ for outside Europe.
DELIVERY:
2 business days in France, from the date you receive the email notification confirming your order is shipped.
3-6 business days in Europe, from the date you receive the email notification confirming your order is shipped.
For destinations outside Europe this depends on your location, we will inform you by mail. Please note you can track your order in the “My account” area on the site.
CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL TAXES:
We ship from France. If you live in the European Union, there are no customs. Anyhow, our prices are at the moment exempt from VAT. Please see details on the “Terms & Conditions” page.
For those of you living outside the European Union; always check the situation with your local customs office. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to pay additional customs and taxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Customers can feel free to return products and get a refund within seven days from the reception of the product. This means you must notify us by email charlottesblogshop@gmail.com at the very latest seven days after your receipt. The item must also be returned to us within fourteen days from delivery; in a perfect, unused and original shape. Used or deficient products will not be accepted for return.
Mail postage for returned items will be refunded for delivery made inside of France. For delivery made outside of France the return mail postage is paid by customer.
If a delivered item is deficient, the customer will, of course, have a complete refund for product and for mail postage even outside of France.
Sale items: Unless deficiency, they are not exchanged or refunded.
